The Burndy YDS25RL UNISPLICE Compression Splice is a full-tension, single-sleeve aluminum connector designed for permanent splicing of 1/0 AWG ACSR, AAC, and AAAC conductors in overhead distribution systems.
Unlike standard compression sleeves, this UNISPLICE design simplifies installation by eliminating the need for a separate steel sleeve. It comes prefilled with PENETROX™ oxide inhibitor and capped, ensuring proper conductor protection, corrosion resistance, and long-term electrical reliability.
Engineered for high-performance utility applications, the YDS25RL delivers full mechanical strength and excellent conductivity, making it ideal for critical line splicing where durability and consistency are required.
