Chelsea

Chelsea joined us just prior to the holidays and she has truly been a gift to have on staff. As our Jr Project Engineer, she recently received her ES-3J license and is on the fast track to achieve great things, how exciting! “I work in the construction industry because this career gives me an opportunity to grow and learn, also seeing buildings go from a set of plans to reality is an incredibly satisfying experience. I work at Bixby because this company is so innovative and the projects we take on are complex and unique. I feel lucky to be a part of such a talented team of people and I am excited to see what the future holds in this industry and for BEI.”

I also work as a medical scribe at Rust Medical Center, and I'm currently attending school for nursing. I'm always on the go and rarely have any free time on my hands. I spend my free time hanging out with family or sleeping.. I enjoy tea, especially chai latte's! I joined the Bixby Team in September of 2019. Even though it has only been a total of six months, it feels like I have been Employed at Bixby much longer. Where does time go?! I initially joined the team to help with administrative duties. Not only have I gained more knowledge that can be utilized towards my future endeavors, I have also gained new relationships with amazing people!”

Melissa joined our team to tackle the challenge of tracking & keeping in compliance the various equipment our fleet uses on the daily. One of the many benefits of having Melissa on staff is that we get to serve as testers for her many culinary creations of the sweet variety :) “They saved me from a life of servitude, and blessed me with my own space. ”

Erin…

Erin has been in New Mexico for 15 years, a transplant from Colorado. She has worked in and around the construction industry for over 20 years. When not at work, she is watching her son compete in high school sports and supporting her daughter in her artistic endeavors. “I enjoy being involved in the construction industry because I get to see projects built that will be a lasting part of this city and state. It’s neat to drive by a completed project and be able to tell my kids that I had a part in creating that.”
