Description
The Fargo GL-1195A Automatic Tension Splice is a full-tension connector designed for splicing 3/0 AAC and 2/0–3/0 AAAC conductors. It is an ANSI C119.4 Class A connector designed to provide a minimum of 95% of the conductor’s rated breaking strength. The splice features a high-strength aluminum alloy body, aluminum alloy jaws, color-coded end funnel guides, and factory-applied inhibitor protection. Its automatic design provides a fast, reliable method for splicing aluminum, aluminum-alloy, and compatible overhead conductors without conventional compression tooling.
