Description

The Homac SAPT 2-26 Compression Pin Terminal is an aluminum compression pin adapter designed for connecting #2–#1 stranded aluminum and 1/0 solid aluminum conductors to copper-alloy equipment clamps. It features a high-strength aluminum body and an annealed, tin-plated copper pin that provides excellent conductivity and can be bent to assist with cable positioning. The terminal is factory-treated with an oxide inhibitor and metal sealant to help prevent oxidation and protect the pin/body connection from moisture intrusion. The SAPT 2-26 is suitable for overhead utility and electrical distribution applications and is installed using TU, 52, BG, 243, or 5/8″ dies. 33.
