Description
The Burndy TU-52-BG-243 Compression Pin Adapter is an aluminum compression pin terminal designed to connect 1/0 ACSR or 1/0 stranded aluminum conductors to copper-alloy equipment clamps and other compatible compression-style connections. The terminal uses a solid tin-plated copper pin to provide a reliable transition between aluminum conductors and copper equipment while helping prevent galvanic corrosion. It is factory-filled with oxide-inhibiting compound and sealant for long-term protection against oxidation and moisture intrusion. The specified installation dies are TU (52), BG, 243, and 5/8″. 28.
