The Fargo GL-1195A Automatic Tension Splice is a full-tension automatic connector designed for splicing 3/0 AAC and 2/0–3/0 AAAC conductors in overhead electrical distribution applications. The connector is designed in accordance with ANSI C119.4, Class A, providing reliable mechanical strength and electrical conductivity without conventional compression tooling. Its high-strength aluminum alloy body and embedded jaws provide secure conductor retention, while the factory-applied inhibitor helps protect against oxidation and corrosion. The GL-1195A is an efficient solution for permanent aluminum and aluminum-alloy conductor splicing.
