The Fargo GL-402A Automatic Tension Splice is a full-tension automatic connector designed for #4 ACSR, #4 AAAC, and #4 AAC conductors. It accommodates conductor diameters from 0.225″ to 0.250″ and provides a minimum holding strength of 95% of the conductor’s rated breaking strength. The GL-402A features an aluminum construction, color-coded orange end-funnel guides, and a factory-prepared design for quick and reliable field installation. It meets ANSI C119.4 Class A requirements and is suitable for overhead electrical distribution applications.
