Description
The Homac SAPT 4/0-106 Compression Pin Terminal is an aluminum compression pin adapter designed for terminating 4/0 AWG stranded aluminum conductors and connecting aluminum or ACSR conductors to compatible copper-alloy equipment clamps. It features a high-strength aluminum body with a tin-plated copper pin for excellent conductivity and reliable equipment connection. The barrel is prefilled with oxide inhibitor to help prevent oxidation, while metal sealant helps protect the pin-to-body interface from moisture intrusion. The SAPT 4/0-106 is designed for utility overhead electrical distribution applications and uses TX, 76, 249, 840, and 11A installation dies.
