Description
The MacLean Power Systems 7653 ConductRlink Automatic Tension Splice is a full-tension automatic connector designed for splicing 1/0 ACSR, 1/0 AAAC, and 1/0–2/0 AAC conductors. It is rated to hold a minimum of 95% of the conductor’s rated breaking strength (RBS) and meets ANSI C119.4 Full Tension Class A requirements. The connector features an aluminum-alloy tube, die-cast aluminum-alloy jaws, aluminum pilot cups, stainless-steel springs, and a yellow color-coded strand guide. Its automatic design provides a secure, reliable connection for overhead electrical distribution applications without conventional compression tooling.
