Description
The MacLean Power Systems 7654AP ConductRlink Automatic Tension Splice is a full-tension automatic connector designed for splicing 1/0 and 2/0 ACSR, 1/0 and 2/0 AAAC, and 1/0, 2/0, and 3/0 AAC conductors. It accommodates conductor diameters from 0.365″ to 0.475″ and is designed to provide a secure mechanical and electrical connection for overhead electrical distribution applications. The connector features an aluminum-alloy tube, die-cast aluminum-alloy jaws, galvanized steel springs, aluminum pilot cups, and gray/yellow color-coded strand guides. It is rated for full-tension applications and is designed for efficient field installation without conventional compression tooling.
