Description
The FARGO GL1385A is an automatic, full-tension aluminum splice designed for joining large overhead conductors. It is rated for 795 kcmil AAC and compatible ACSR conductors within a 0.996–1.031 inch conductor diameter range. The connector provides a full-tension connection rated at 95% of the conductor’s rated breaking strength and is an ANSI C119.4 Class A connector. It uses color-coded funnel guides for conductor insertion and is individually bagged to help protect it from dirt before installation.
