The FARGO GL-4098 Tension Splice is a heavy-duty automatic full-tension connector designed for permanent splicing of aluminum conductors in overhead distribution systems. Engineered to deliver up to 95% of the conductor’s rated breaking strength, it ensures maximum mechanical reliability and electrical performance in demanding utility applications.
This splice features an internal gripping mechanism that eliminates the need for compression tools, allowing for fast and consistent installation in the field. Constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy, it provides excellent conductivity, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability.
