The Burndy YDS391AT HYSPLICE Compression Splice is a full-tension, long-barrel aluminum connector designed for permanent splicing of 795 kcmil ACSR and 800 kcmil aluminum conductors in overhead transmission and distribution systems.
Engineered for maximum mechanical strength, this splice provides full conductor-rated tension capacity, making it ideal for critical line applications. It features a staked-in cable stop for proper conductor positioning and a tapered barrel design to ensure smooth stress distribution.
Prefilled with PENETROX™ oxide inhibitor and factory capped, the YDS391AT delivers excellent corrosion resistance and long-term electrical reliability in demanding environments.
